WASTE REDUCTION & MANAGEMENT
WASTE REDUCTION & MANAGEMENT
To bring awareness to the amount of waste generated by our society and the true “costs” of disposability, OFN will deliver numerous large scale structures made completely out of reclaimed and recycled materials. These structures will be installed at large public events all over the US, along with pertinent information regarding the amount of waste generated in our society as well as highlighting practical ways for us to reduce our waste and resource consumption.
These installations include:
✴The Tasseograph Tea Temple - A 35 ft tall temple built entirely out of items found in dumpsters and reclamation yards.
✴Cardboard Shrines - Exquisitely decorated shrines made out of recycled materials
✴Plastic bottle Obelisks - a series of 35 ft tall Obelisks fabricated from plastic bottles to highlight recycling stations at festivals.
